Outfitwahl:<\/strong> W\u00e4hle passende Kleidung, die zum Thema und Stil des Fotoshootings passt und in denen du dich wohl f\u00fchlst. Bringe mehrere Outfits mit, damit du verschiedene Optionen hast. Achte darauf, dass die Kleidung gut sitzt und keine Falten hat.<\/p>\n

Hautpflege:<\/strong> Sorge daf\u00fcr, dass deine Haut gesund und strahlend aussieht. Reinige und peele dein Gesicht, trinke ausreichend Wasser und verwende bei Bedarf Feuchtigkeitscreme. Denke auch daran, deine N\u00e4gel zu pflegen. Falls du ins Solarium gehst solltest du dies 48 Stunden vor dem Shooting machen, ebenso wie die Haarentfernung.<\/p>\n

Ausreichend Schlaf:<\/strong> Sorge daf\u00fcr, dass du ausreichend Schlaf bekommst, damit du am Tag des Shootings frisch und energiegeladen bist.<\/p>\n
